Artist's Description

The Siamese Twins, joined at the head and heart. This painting stemmed from a fascination for the lives of conjoined twins and especially their loves and romances. Which, according to the twins Chang and Eng Bunker, is more of a struggle for society to comprehend than it is the twins themselves. Chang and Eng married sisters and had between them, 22 children.
