Title
Tied to the Game - ropes
Artist
Carolyn Weltman
Medium
Drawing - Pencil, Crayon And Digital
Description
This was a fascinating piece to draw because of the dynamic between my models who commissioned me from overseas, paying my fare to travel to them to tie and draw them. Equal strength. It is always dependent on the dynamic of a model which directs my drawing and painting. These two threw their energy back and forth. His and her. Her and his.
Winner 2nd prize in the Gender Competition.
I also take credit for the very neat rope work.
